Understanding Your Chakras

Let's take the fluff out of this topic for a sec. Science shows us that matter is energy condensed to a slow vibration. Nothing is solid so to speak, we are all energy vibrating at different densities to create different forms. So on this principal, you and I are energy vibrating slowly enough to be in a physical form.

The first law of thermodynamics, also known as Law of Conservation of Energy, states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed; energy can only be transferred or changed from one form to another. So your energy will always be, in one form or another - this is what some may call eternity of the soul or after life.. depending on your culture or belief structure.

The Yogi's believe that in death, we start vibrating faster, and this elevates us out of the dense human form and into our spirit form.

So energy has always been, and always will be in different forms. In this moment in time, you are energy vibrating at the right frequency to be in a human form.

So it makes sense (to my brain) that we have specific energy points inside our bodies creating our energy fields and giving us a unique energy style and nature. These are what we call Chakras. We have many chakras throughout our bodies but we have eight larger energy fields that we rely on for balanced mental, physical and spiritual health.

A lot of people only refer to seven chakras, forgetting their Aura.

Our chakras are energy points that have a direct connection to specific body functions, emotional needs and can store trauma and offer healing when balanced.

I wanted to share this table that gives you a little guidance into your chakras. If you suffer constantly from a sore throat or feeling congested here, take a look to what might be going on for you.
