Oxidative stress in your bod causes small to large health issues from mental health challenges, mood disorders to cancers, heart attack, arthritis and other ugly health issues that we would all rather avoid if possible. 

Oxidative stress is caused by your body’s inability to detoxify reactive oxygen in your system at a greater pace than the damage is occurring. In our polluted world, coupled with our overactive stress response and impure food choices we are susceptible to high levels of oxidative stress. So it is important we take measure to help reduce the damage these free radicals cause.
