Acid forming foods increase acidity in the body, the effects of an acidic system include; reflux, heartburn, low energy, poor sleep and creates inflammation, to name a few. Here are the culprits. Try to minimise foods on this list to only 20% of your diet if you believe you are overly acidic to balance yourself out once again.
