The Serene Mind Practise

 
This three minute practise will help you gain clarity when your emotions are running wild. Taking a small chunk of time to acknowledge how you feel and allowing yourself space from your triggers, can help you deal with issues from a calm and loving place.
 
I use this meditation when frustrated with kids, struggling to find peace in a conversation with my husband and when work has gotten the better of me.
